Privacy Policy — Closed Alpha

BPROL Signal is an invite-only closed-alpha policy intelligence prototype. We collect only the data needed to operate, secure, and evaluate the test; the product is not intended for paid wagering, value transfer, or professional-advice delivery.

Data we collect

• Account data such as email and display name.
• Prototype activity such as market views, forecasts, prediction records, non-redeemable test-point balances, consent records, and resolution/audit records.
• Basic technical data generated by hosting, authentication, and database providers.

How we use data

We use Alpha data to test product-market fit, market quality, forecasting behavior, resolution workflows, abuse prevention, security, and product reliability. We do not treat test points as money, stored value, rewards, or redeemable benefits.

Sharing

We do not sell Alpha user data. We may use service providers such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and database infrastructure to operate the prototype.

Deletion

Because this is an Alpha, users may request account/data deletion. Some consent, security, audit, and resolution records may be retained temporarily for prototype integrity, abuse prevention, and debugging.
